How long does delivery take?

Our total delivery time is typically 4 to 11 business days and consists of two stages:

Processing Time:
1–3 business days for order confirmation, any customization, quality control, and careful packaging.

Shipping Time:
3–8 business days depending on the delivery address. Orders are shipped directly from our international logistics center to the address you provided at checkout.

When are orders processed?

All orders are processed daily until 11:00 PM (Brussel time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free within Canada.
No shipping fees are charged, regardless of the order amount or location within Canada.

What currency is used?

All prices and payments on laviva.ca are displayed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order at any time via our Order Tracking page (link in the main menu).
You will receive a tracking code by email once your order has been shipped.
